QuestionBank is a Google® Workspace™ add-on developed and maintained by WebSnadnoALevne.cz.

This Privacy Policy explains how QuestionBank accesses data and handles it while managing question banks inside Google® Workspace™.

2. What data we access

QuestionBank may access the following data only to the extent required for its functionality:

  • Content of Google® Sheets™ or other related files selected by the user (questions, answers, categories, tags, notes)
  • Metadata required to organize the question bank
  • Additional outputs in Google® Workspace™ explicitly selected by the user for follow-up work

This access is limited to data the user wants to view, edit, organize, or reuse.

3. How data is used

QuestionBank uses accessed data only to:

  • Display and organize the question bank
  • Filter, sort, and reuse existing questions
  • Prepare related outputs inside Google® Workspace™ based on the user's instructions

Data is processed in real time and only within the user's Google® account.

4. Data storage

QuestionBank:

  • does not store user data on external servers
  • does not copy or permanently store question bank content outside Google® services
  • does not maintain a separate database of user content outside Google® infrastructure

All operations take place within Google® Workspace™ services.

5. Data sharing

QuestionBank:

  • does not share data with third parties
  • does not sell or transfer user data
  • does not use data for advertising or analytics purposes

6. Permissions

QuestionBank requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its functionality, including:

  • Access to selected data in Google® Sheets™ or other related Google® Workspace™ files
  • Permissions required to organize, edit, and reuse questions based on the user's request

These permissions are used exclusively for the functionality described above.

7. Security

All data processing takes place within Google® Workspace™ services.

No external systems are used to store or process user data.

8. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
