Common issues
Questions do not appear in the expected category
- Check that all required fields are filled in
- Verify category names or tags
- Refresh the spreadsheet and reopen the add-on
Changes are not saved
- Make sure you have permission to edit the source file
- Check whether some ranges are protected
- Reload the document and try again
